Founded in 1980, Octagon has over 40 years’ experience in developing beautiful homes for clients in London and throughout the Home Counties.

Octagon Developments is privately owned British company founded over 40 years ago by Chartered Surveyors David James and Roger Wyatt, primarily to undertake high-end development opportunities in the residential sector.

To date, we have delivered a broad range of single mansion projects through to multiple unit high-end developments speculatively for sale, as well as for individual clients.

Octagon Bespoke was launched in 2010, appealing to clients who are looking to fulfill their own unique and personal project.
